Work with us - from your own home!

We are hiring qualified applicants to join our growing team.

A SpeakingPartners teacher is responsible for working one-on-one with students to assist in achieving their English goals. Using prepared lesson PowerPoints, teachers lead classes to provide the best learning experience possible. After each class, teachers submit personalized feedback to each student to summarize the class activities and skills that students should continue to practice.

Teachers are responsible for maintaining their own flexible scheduling,  organized teaching environment, and email communication within the company. Teachers receive ongoing training to meet the demands of our clients.

Teacher Testimonials

Teaching online for SpeakingPartners is perfect for me!  I began this new career in 2011, and I thoroughly enjoy helping our students improve their English language skills.  They are very bright, eager to learn, and highly motivated.  The students are the most polite, respectful people I've ever met and so appreciative of the time we spend with them.

Our Teacher Supervisors and Technical Support Staff are knowledgeable, patient and kind.  No computer glitch is too simple or too difficult.  They take pride in handling issues and getting us back on task as smoothly as possible.

The Training Team works hard for us, developing new ways of handling our different courses, and provides Weekly Focus information that makes us better teachers.  Evaluators (who also teach for hands-on experience) quickly identify problems and find ways to correct them.

Our Project Manager keeps us up-to-date and makes sure we are ready to face new challenges effectively.  Our Human Resources & Operations Manager can answer any questions for us quickly.  We have great teachers who work together well, share their insight, and are happy to sub as needed when emergencies arise.

The Toshin Business School staff is great, and I have learned so much from them, too.  I choose the hours and days that are best for me, teach from the comfort of my home, and am part of a wonderful team.  I love working with amazing people on both sides of the world!

                     -   Beth Morey, SpeakingPartners Teacher Since 2011

I began working for SpeakingPartners in 2015. I love that I can choose my own hours. I am an early riser by nature, and finishing work by 9:00 am is wonderful. So is working from home. Although I haven't met all of my colleagues in person, I feel as if I know them. They are kind and funny; the level of support they provide is amazing. Last but certainly not least, I enjoy working with our student population. These young adults and professionals help make my job fun, interesting, and rewarding.
